SPAMMorning all!

Ah, what a day.  So far, I’ve:

  • Had a business interview with a recruiting magazine on passive candidate sourcing
  • Educated my youngest as to why Mom will NOT go against what Dad says (we’re a united team, you see)
  • Dashed to the gym and burned my upper body biceps/triceps/delts/etc. so I can barely raise my arms over my head (but oooooh, it’s pretty satisfying to realize I can arm-curl 35 pounds and continue to improve!)…..and returned to work.

Which brings me to the point of this post!

Work!

’tis a wondrous concept, don’t you think?

All those nifty neato gorgeous resumes of to-die-for passive candidates who found your recruiting site and are clamoring for you to show them the way!

All those excellent newsletter postings by recruiter trainers who freely share their knowledge about sourcing techniques!

All those Russian spams!

EEEEEEK!  Hold it right there!  Did you just say,

Hence this post.
