Morning!
Let me tell you, being healthy is truly a wonderful thing. I spent most of yesterday feeling like I was flattened like a cupcake that was run over by an 18 wheeler - gotta love (NOT!) food poisoning or the 24 hour virus. However, today I *think* I can return to the land of the living (yay!) and so…it’s time to start work this morning once again.
But I digress.
Tell me now - have you ever heard of phone sourcing? Or….(dare I say it!) rusing? Or….. (dare II!) getting past the gatekeeper?
If so, get thee hence right away to some rather insightful phone sourcing chats overseen by Maureen Sharib of Techtrak. One of the original pioneers of how to effectively source via telephones, this past week has seen, not one, but TWO (count ‘em, two!) excellent transcripts about the art of phone sourcing.

Now, I myself am most allergic to the phones (which is why email works far better for me than the phone; I never answer the phone if at all possible)….but Maureen and crew can work magic with the beastie.
The chats are most enlightening - do hop on over and see what you can glean.
Enjoy,
Barbara Ling
