Twitter can be a tremendous networking resource for you.  Job candidates or clients might see your tweets, visit your profile, and then continue on to see what you have to offer.

Because you KNOW the visitor is a fellow-twitter-type individual, take advantage of that! 

Craft up a special page just for them – it can be as simple as welcoming them FROM Twitter or as complex as sharing Twitter-based industry resources.
