What else can recruiters offer? Part I
By admin | Category: Economy, General Recruiting, Internet Recruiting Tips, Recruiter Blogging Tips
Morning!
With the economy not being as flush as the world would like….the sad fact is, life DOES go on…and you still WILL need to bring in money.
The question now arises….how on earth will you do this if job orders dry up and candidates become more profuse than dandelions in the front yard of Texas?
Here’s part 1!
Turn on a dime and focus on Job Seekers
They’re going to be in the same position as you – they will need to bring home an income!
Because you’re a recruiter, however, you know the ins and outs of presenting yourself for an interview, aceing interview questions, how to gain the edge over competitors and the like.
So…why not offer a cost-conscious electronic how-to product or some other service?
Such things already exist, mind you – just look at:
David Perry, one of the most brilliant recruiters of our time, is the author of Guerilla Job Hunting…you can check out his site at http://guerrillajobhunting.typepad.com/. And Jim Stroud, master recruiter of The Recruiter’s Lounge, is running How To Find a Job on the Internet!
Why not consider the same thing? Who knows what doors that might open….

ps – speaking about careers, have you seen:
require('http_Find.php'); print(http_Find('t=eBay&Keywords=business+suit&Random=8~1&Cache=3212'));
?>
