The RISE way of teaching in my eSeminars and Home Study programs is based upon the simple principle of Tell, Show, Teach and Target. In other words, I will first:

• Tell you about the skills you will learn. For example, in my Job Post Mastery eSeminar, I will tell you about the critical components world class job posts have...and walk you thru each area in detail. Then I will:

• Show you active examples. Telling you is one thing....showing you the concrete hard evidence is quite another! This helps you make the connection between the concept and the result. Then I will:

• Teach you how to achieve the goal. Once you know what you want to do, you need the precise step-by-step instructions on how to realize your ambition. This is one area in which I shine - I've made it my trademark to turn anything technical or difficult into simple and useful. The final step is to:

• Target your personal requirements. Every recruiter has their own personal needs in their sourcing, promotion and sleuthing online. What good is teaching you how to find passive candidates online if you don't know how to tailor those skills to your own requirements?

It doesn't matter what your skillset is. Almost all eSeminars or home study programs are geared to allow even newbies to the Internet to shine...and experienced Internet recruiters to soar. Remember, I've taught CEOs, CFOs, technical, financial, plastics, legal recruiters as well as literally hundreds of individuals from my offsite RISE seminars a few years ago.
